6. Automatic Self-Adhesive Rotary labelling machine with auto positioning search
Novelty : This Italian technology machine has state of the art features to provide optimum performance in term of accuracy, precision and consistent speed of labelling process. Among key novelty of this machine are
- Automatic system for production speed variation by inverter and detection sensors installed on the conveyor belts
- Upper head height adjustment according to the different container sizes by gear motor complete with limit switch for automatic stop
- Plate’s rotation by stepper motors with integrated electronic with encoder to control plates positioning
- The transmission between the upper plates and the relevant motor is performed by a gear-motor does not require maintenance
- The plates rotation of every rotation programme can be modify by the main panel (colour touch screen 10″ – PMOTION HMI)
- Prearrangement for a third labelling station for wraparound neck label application
